Location: New York | Vis à vis the conversation We were having last week on handling evil, I would love to hear of any instances You've had of putting this into practice. And I have been thinking of instances in My own experience, as well as Christian Science healings utilizing this Principle.
There is a really lovely article by Jacques Lusseyran in His posthumous book: The Pollution of the I that I think I mentioned here. I'd originally read it in a CS Sentinel, and only recently found it on the internet to share. I was so happy to find it. It is about a Man named Jeremy in the same block of Buchenwald as Jacques, Who was a (blind) teenager in the French Resistance movement.
Jeremy didn't heal Buchenwald, but He did uplift His cell block. It made such an impression on Me.
For Myself, this happened when first studying Christian Science.
I was alone in the house as I think the children were visiting elsewhere. The phone rang and it was one of those callers. Even over the phone it's scary (or was to Me.)
After hearing His suggestions I reached out to God for help, and began talking to Him about another way to be, and that God would help Him find fulfilling relationships, so that He didn't have to make these calls. We must have spoken for about 20 minutes. I think He was so startled by what He heard that He told Me He was a college student at Post, away from home, and lonely.
At the end of the conversation, He thanked Me and said that He wouldn't need to make one of those calls again.
And I have read several CS testimonies of face to face encounters, which would be much more threatening, where the Girls/Women were able to speak to the Men and transform Them.
Healing is always the best. And in the interim (if there is one) We don't not have to agree with dishonesty.
